She is so damned sarcastic.

My 4 year old is ~so~ freaking sarcastic. And I don't know if I should be super proud or pull my hair out!

I just said "Ugh, I have to make dinner."

And she said "Well Mom, if you would just get up and start it, it would be done already."

YES. A 4 year old. My 4 year old.

Oh, and don't forget the ~tone~. She said it in the perfect smartass tone too.

(okay, I'm secretly more proud than annoyed. I'm so in for it.)

HAHA! That really makes me laugh. She's such a grown-up.

my darling 2 1/2 yr old is already giving me attitude. If I have to get on him to stop doing something he says 'oookaaay' in the perfect pre-teen way that makes my skin crawl. I'm in trouble too

How hysterical! Lauren's preschool teacher (with 30+ years of experience) says how they are at age 3/4 is how they'll be at 13/14. Lord help us!

Oh no! I am laughing over here. It sounds like you have a little Nancy, Jr. there. Hey, at least she'll speak her mind and not blow sunshine up your ass! LOL

I also appreciate my DD's sarcasm. It's the teenager attitude that I can live without. She's 8 going on 13. Ugh!

Ha ha. It is so nice to read someone who has realistic thoughts, instead of the parents who write about their absolutely perfect children and perfect lives. Your blogs are hilariously real and encouraging.
