From my experience, boys are much easier to clean than girls!
When I first thought boys were harder, it's because this whole diaper-penis-thing was new to me. Now that I have gotten used to it, good lord, boys are easy. Even the blowest out of blow outs!
I thought I'd clear that up because I know you all really wanted to know. (~wink~)

There are so many cracks and crevaces with girls, I can see how boys would be easier - once you figured out what to do with the penis anyways.
LOL - I was really concerned about diaper changes when we found out we were having a boy because ALL I'd ever been around...girls! I was worried it would be hard to clean, plus I was worried about hurting him. Didn't take me long to realize how easy it was. Then came Scarlett...with breastmilk poop. Ugh! Much worse to clean a girl!

ROFL...as long as you remember to cover the penis when you change them, boys are way, way easier.
I've had to only change a baby girl a handful times and I hated each time. It is so much harder! I consider myself to be a pro at changing diapers but not when it's a girl.

I had a boy first and now baby girl, and I realized right away boys were way easier.
If my husband has been watching the baby, I can often tell if she pooped while I was gone at the next diaper change without asking. I've found 'surpises' hidden in her little crevices. Gross I know, sorry!
I keep telling him to check everywhere with her before he puts on the fresh diaper. Geez, you'd think he never saw girlie parts before. ;)
Thanks for letting me know. I'm concerned about changing boy diapers too! Hopefully in a few weeks, I'll start experiencing.

See? LOL...I can say that boys are easier because I was a long-term babysitter for a boy and girl, so I have cleaned girls before. :)
Girls have way more places where poo can go--with boys, the poo is all right there where you can see it.
you know, its funny you wrote that! i'm currently 22 wks with a boy and after 3 girls, i don't know what the heck i'm going to do with a penis staring at me instead of a vagina! i too have been worried about how 'difficult' it was going to be to clean his diapers. =) thanks for giving me hope it'll be ok!!!
LOL That's funny...sorry but it is! I agree though, boys are definately easier than girls...no crevaces to worry about!

Yeah at that age boys are easier, but wait until he's three and you will wonder where the hell all the dirt came from. I swear my son gets filthy just looking at the backdoor. Not to mention I didn't realize that boys started playing with themselves at such a young age either-kinda gross:)
Oh, just wait until you start potty training him.
