Mother of the Year!

Karl ate cat food. I rule.

But jeez, this boy ~moves~. Up, over, under everything. I didn't have a "climber" with either of my girls and I suspect I'm going to get it with Karl.

So. Remember the story I just told a few weeks ago about "uncle" glenn letting Allison eat cat food? I got it handed right back to me.

Oh yeah, and to add more to my Mother of the Year award, I also picked Karl up quickly while he was sitting next to the coffee table and I didn't realize, until too late, his little leg was under the table. So I pulled up while his poor little knee took the brunt of it.

Ugh. There is something sweet about holding one of your children when they get hurt. But when ~you~ are the one who causes the hurt, it's just heartbreaking!

Each and everyone of my kids has managed to get into the animal food. I think it has something to do with the Y chromosome.

Sam gets to the dog food at least once a week before I catch him. He likes it, lol.

Aww you poor thing. Don't get too hard on yourself. kids get into EVERYTHING! Zilla didn't only eat cat food but grabbed one of the kittens and stared eating the poor little thing's head. LOL he got it SO fast! So if you're getting the Mother of The Year award, count me in for the running!

We are constantly digging dog food out of Jillian's mouth.

Hey, if we think the food is okay for our beloved critters why would we have a problem with our beloved children eating some? So, no bad mom points for that one.
Now, the slamming the knee into the table is a different story. Nah, we've all had our moments.

I think every baby/toddler eats dog or cat (or in my case, bird) food at some point in time!

And I always kiss Andrew extra if I accidentally hurt him--OMG, the other day, I bumped his head putting him into the car. :*( Luckily, he really didn't cry for long, but I felt horrible.

Chicken eats dog food on a regular basis. Yesterday he sat in the dog bowl!

Wet or dry food?

Both my kids have eated a bit of dry cat and dog food, and bird food too for TTG.

TBB still occasionally deliberately eats dog food. Weirdo.

Don't feel bad..I let Mason (accidentaly of course) eat dog food. Wet nasry dog food, not dry food. Gross.

The other day he fell and chipped the corner of one of his teeth on the coffee table, I felt like it was my fault and I should have been paying more attention to him.

I think I have a picture around here of my brother eating cat food. Oustide. Off the cellar door.

SIGH. It's just a matter of time before I'll have a picture of Cade eating cat food to put next to it.

Yeah. I'm sure as soon as Payton is mobile she will hit up the dog food. It's only a matter of time.

I've tried cat food before, Dog food is so much better ;)

I have too many "Mother of the Year" moments to list, but one was when I was walking down the hall with DS#1 and turned a corner, his head was sticking out farther than I was used too (He grew) and I slammed his head into the wall.

I dont know who bawled harder. Him or me.
